Saralata Effective Date: 21st September 2025 At Saralata, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully. Returns Accepted For: Damaged product received Wrong product delivered Wrong color delivered Conditions for Return: Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact. Photos & videos must be taken during unboxing as proof. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in wallet credit only. Wallet credit will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product. Return shipping will be borne by Saralata. Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
